Clay Creations

Clay is a part of soil. The clay we use in class is cleaned and processed. 

We examined different methods in which we can create using clay. 

We learnt about high relief work that is completed on a background tile. We then examined various photos of pieces of relief to work on tiles. After that we planned what we would like to create taking our favourite stories as inspiration. 

We need to leave them to dry for a couple of days after which we will paint and decorate our tiles. Check back for photos of the finished work!
