Our 1916 Rising Tour

Hello everyone!
We had our 1916 tour today. The whole school ( one hundred or so pupils!) descended upon the city centre to visit the buildings and sites which were involved in the 1916 Rising. We split up into the junior and senior classes. The senior classes visited the Rotunda hospital, Moore Street, the GPO, Trinity College, and St Stephens Green, and we saw lots of interesting sites and statues in between. It was a great day and Teacher Eoin was a great tour guide!
